Especially, people take close looks at environmental issues now, our Products to meet “Environment” respond to our customers’ needs, have been growing steadily.

WORKS ON SOURCE REDUCTION

To reduce raw materials and energy used for Product and Service is the main post in the Environmental Management together with
Consumers’ consciousness to Resources and Environmental Issues represented by Source Reduction, Recycle and Dioxin was changed drastically, simultaneously “Environment” and “Safety” occupies big weight in their standard of commodity selections.
Compared to conventional molding container, volume of waste could be 5% and plastic resin produced for it could be reduced to as low as 1/4, our Refill pouch 【Flow pack series】fit well with these needs from consumers. And “Easy to Use” function on refilling is added, it is getting established its position in the Market due to differentiation from competitors.

WORKS ON RECYCLING

Circulation type of economy will be required to future Society, where Recycling (re-producing) is essential as well as reduction (reduction of waste) and reuse.
Hi-carry square type is a bulk container to transport granule and powder products , as a returnable container (multi-trip type 2 kinds) for collection for washing and reuse, it is approved by Japan Flexible Container
Compared to conventional type, the weight is light by 40%, empty container is easy to be handled, it has superior balance stability when stacked up, effective ratio of storage in a warehouse is increasing, has good reputation in distribution field. Raw materials used is Polyolefin (polyethylene, polypropylene), incineration and recycling in the final disposition is possible.

Correspond to Air Pollution Control Law

We are positively working on the VOC (volatile organic compound) reduction measures in the production facilities, such as introduction of VOC processing equipment, reduction in amount of solvent use, research of process of manufacture that doesn’t use solvent in order to correspond to the revision enforcement of the air pollution control law as a measure for environmental preservation.

In order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, we will adopt LNG (liquefied natural gas) instead of heavy oil and LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) for our new plant which is under construction.
